There are lots of reasons to come to this lovely place. We came to fish. Of course, we heard they were “knocking them dead” the week before we got there! We caught no fish, but found a lovely lodge that can be rented for a variety of events, including corporate events, weddings, family reunions, and of course, fishing! The scenery is incredible along this stretch of Big Creek, near Astoria! The Lodge has three bedrooms, kitchen, large living room and a “game room” that hunters will enjoy with some very well done taxidermy.

Pretty experienced fisherman in the photo… You can tell by the way he stands in the water…. How lucky for you that you saw a fisherman fishing…even if there was no catch of the day!
