This luxury condo property will be opening in mid November. We were the first travel agents to be given a tour of it on Friday, October 16. The units are individually owned and, if the owner wishes, placed into a management system. We saw a two level, ultra luxury condo with wrap-around views. We also saw a one bedroom and a studio condo. All were beautifully done. The location, overlooking Fort DeRussy and across the street from the Outrigger Reef on the Beach affords incredible views. There will be three restaurants and 24 hour room service. I will be able to book these condos beginning in 2010, maybe sooner. Pricing will depend upon the category of the unit, what type package is booked and dates of stay.
